Anup Varghese has spent 15 years advising CEOs and senior executives on their most consequential decisions: improving the bottom line, growing the top line, and leading through digital and AI-driven change. He has worked with more than 30 organisations across 10+ industries in six countries, with a focus on the Gulf.

Alongside his advisory work, he invests in the next generation. Through pro bono talks and mentoring across the Middle East, he helps students and young professionals find clarity and direction. He knows the subject first-hand: a self-described middle-bencher, he went on to earn a postgraduate degree from the University of Oxford. He later co-wrote Swimming in the Middle: A Middle-bencher's Guide to Survival.
